Barbara DoveBarbara DovePresident and CEO
Barbara Dove has over 15 years experience in senior management positions in service operations in computer and test equipment industries. She has led improvement initiatives to reduce costs, save time and reduce errors in service operations including helpdesk and field service support.

As President and CEO of Sickle Brook Services, Inc. Barbara promotes a culture of patience, understanding and quick, accurate responses. "We need people to stop fussing with the technology, find its true use and get back to work."

Prior to forming Sickle Brook Services, Inc., she worked in executive and strategic management positions at LTX Corporation, Computervision Service, and Apollo Computer.

Ms. Dove has an MBA and ME from Boston University and a BA in Mathematics from Wilson College.
