Barbara Dove Barbara Dove has over 15 years experience in senior management positions in service operations in computer and test equipment industries. She has led improvement initiatives to reduce costs, save time and reduce errors in service operations including help desk and field service support. As President and CEO of Dove Help Desk, Barbara promotes a culture of patience, understanding and quick, accurate responses. "We help computer users to stop fussing with the technology, find its true use and get back to work." Dove Help Desk’s excellent client satisfaction and retention rate, combined with Barbara’s leadership in the area of client service, are why she is known in the industry as the “Help Desk Lady.” Prior to forming Dove Help Desk in 2003, Barbara worked in executive and strategic management positions at LTX Corporation, Computervision Service, and Apollo Computer.
